Welcome Wagon

Subject of the Week: Welcome!
Recommendation of the Week: Zero Punctuation
Music of the Week: Paramore
Rant of the Week: Twilight

Welcome!! I guess maybe I should explain a few things.

First of all, if you are reading this, thanks so much! You have no idea how much this means to me. I plan to update this blog every Friday night, should I have the time. If I accumulate followers, I might update biweekly. Right now, it's pretty simplistic. Just words. Sorry! But during the summer, I'm going to have access to all my other technology, so expect photos, videos and more.

I have a lot of plans for this. Coming up this fall should be a monthly-updated online Talk Show that I want to do with a friend CGQuack. She's also on Blog Spot so check her out and stalk her to death! Lol. I also plan to link to fiction I write.

The weekly rant, subject, etc. is just gonna be stuff I write about weekly. The subject is just what's going on, basically the meat of the blog. The Recommendation and Music is just gonna be quick stuff I tell you to go stalk immediately, and the Rant is just going to be something I bitch about for a few sentences. Okay, so thanks for reading.

Recommendation: Zero Punctuation is a hysterical game reviewer on the Escapist online magazine. If you haven't heard of this, go find him immediately. He's not too hard to track down. Just type "Zero Punctuation" into your favorite search engine and it should come up. When I did it on Google, it came up first. I don't want to spoil it for you, but just be warned. He swears, it's mostly for gamers, and he talks REALLY fast (like Zero Punctuation didn't clue you in on that one ^_^)

Music: Paramore, considered by my friends as Barbie Rock, actually isn't that bad. Granted, I prefer their older, less mainstream first album, but Riot is passable. It has a good catalog of songs and it surprisingly isn't gag-inducing.

Rant: Twilight, as most may know by now, is the newest teeny bopper, panty-wetting fan craze. Granted, I was a past follower and scary-ass fangirl, but I have outgrown it and I read the book for the lulz. What I love about Twilight is the fans and the haters. Now, most Twihards and Twihaters would persecute me for saying this, but they are essentially the same being. They both obsess about Twilight, they both hate the other one, and they both enjoy Twilight-related things. (Just one is usually lulzing over the stupidity and the other is wetting themselves over Edward) You see what I mean? I could go on and on, but really, what would be the point?

Thanks for reading and see you next Friday!!
